At this stage, players begin to perform more complex tasks, such as communication on the field with partners, adapting to opponents, and playing in different roles, in a real game mode. During the training process, specific play situations are set up, including team possession, transitions, and designated areas of responsibility for each player. Based on an analysis of personal qualities, each player is assigned a specific position and given personal tasks. During games, players are expected to follow instructions regardless of the result. Trainers regularly provide feedback focused on players’ self-analysis. Based on the players’ feedback and reactions, trainers assist them in refining their skills.
